Me and Chairman Mao
  Season's Greetings.
A Christmas greeting, from us to you ...

Salutation, Your First Name:

Generic holiday wishes! Customary question about your current state of health? Standard wish that aforementioned health is good / well / great / fantastic / whatever. Typical statement about how we are. Amusing anecdote about our Christmas experience in China. Sincere-sounding sentence about how we wish you were here. Funny quip to wrap up message.

Complimentary closing,

Jason and Holly

Weak-Dollar Update. I'm sorry to say that, as far as I know, the dollar is still as weak--weaker, even--than ever. In fact, things have now gotten so bad that CNN International has one of those annoying graphics news stations always have to lead into whatever the big story of the week / month / year happens to be. (Mess-O'-Potamia, anyone?) Now, before discussing the worthlessness of US legal tender, they twirl up a dollar-green graphic that says CURRENCY CRUNCH. It's very, very annoying.

Anyway, you know what this means, don't you? Yes, just like Thanksgiving, I'm afraid you all have to work through Christmas. And no, I don't care that it's a Saturday. Suck it up--for America, of course.
